Having a goal and vision to work toward will keep you motivated. If people lose motivation and purpose, they usually die fairly soon afterwards. If don't die on the outside, they die on the inside. They rust out before they wear out.
“Fortunately, I was blessed with a quality call inspirational dissatisfaction. By being dissatisfied with where I was, I was inspired to believe in my heart there was something bigger and better for me out there. By not accepting my status quo as my lot in life, I had pushed through many times when I felt like giving up. When faced with work others thought was boring and monotonous, it helped me to look it in the eye and know God had something better for me on the other side of it. It got me worked up when all others did was complain.”
In order to become excited about your work you have to set goals that excite you. If you are not setting goals that inspire you to grow and achieve, you are cheating yourself out of the best God has for you!
The greatest limitations in life are self-imposed.
